By using this site or booking our services, you accept these terms. Each booked service is also governed by its contract and quote, which prevail in case of any difference.
Services
My Weddings For You offers film, photography and content for weddings, setups, save the dates and marriage proposals. The scope of each service (hours, team, deliverables and timing) is defined in the accepted quote.
Quotes and date booking
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. A date is only reserved once the contract is signed and the agreed deposit is received; until then, the date may be given to another couple.
Payments
Amounts, payment schedule and accepted methods are set out in the contract. The balance must be paid before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Date changes and cancellations
Date changes are subject to availability. Cancellation terms and how the deposit applies are set out in each service's contract.
Deliveries
Delivery times for film, photos and content are stated in the quote. We deliver the material digitally, on USB and in the cloud; the download link will be available for the stated period, so we recommend backing it up.
Copyright and use of the material
My Weddings For You retains the copyright of the material it produces. You receive a license for personal use: sharing on social media, printing and keeping. Commercial or media use requires written authorization.
We may use a selection of the material in our portfolio, unless you ask us otherwise in writing.
Event-day conditions
To provide the service we need access to the agreed spaces, meals for the team during long coverage and compliance with venue rules. We are not responsible for limitations imposed by the venue, the weather or third parties.
Liability
We work with professional equipment and backups. If, due to force majeure, we cannot provide the service, we will find an equivalent solution or refund the corresponding payments, as set out in the contract.
Site content
The texts, designs, logos and audiovisual material on this site belong to My Weddings For You or are used with permission. Some images on the site are illustrative. Copying them without permission is not allowed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City.
